The current website is provided primarily for informational, demonstration, research, early-access, partnership and business-development purposes. Live donation processing is not currently available through the website.

Features shown on the website may represent planned functionality, prototypes, demonstrations, concepts or future services and may change before launch.

Some nonprofit organizations, profiles, statistics, donation flows, impact information, transactions, names, images or other content shown on the website may be fictional, illustrative, simulated or used solely for demonstration purposes.

The appearance of an organization on a demonstration or prototype page does not necessarily indicate:

• a partnership with donate.com
• endorsement by that organization
• verification by donate.com
• availability for donations
• participation in the future platform

Where practical, demo content may be identified as such.

The current website does not accept or process live charitable donations.

No interaction with a demonstration donation interface creates a donation, charitable contribution, payment obligation, tax deduction, nonprofit relationship or legally binding allocation of funds.

Future live donation services will be subject to additional terms, disclosures, payment-provider rules, nonprofit agreements, refund policies and other applicable requirements.

Information available through the website is provided for general informational purposes. donate.com does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or charitable-deduction advice. Please obtain appropriate professional advice when necessary.

Nothing on the current website should be interpreted as confirmation that a particular provider has approved, endorsed, sponsored or partnered with donate.com unless explicitly stated.

We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any portion of the website at any time. Because the platform is under active development, interruptions, changes, errors, incomplete functionality and redesigns may occur.

The donate.com product, business model, branding, pricing, features, nonprofit participation model, payment architecture, rewards systems, geographic availability and other aspects of the platform may evolve before and after launch. Website descriptions of future functionality should not be treated as guarantees.

These Terms apply to the current pre-launch website. Before live donation processing or materially expanded functionality becomes available, donate.com expects to introduce updated terms addressing areas such as:

• recurring donations
• refunds
• payment fees
• nonprofit settlement
• organization participation
• rewards
• brand partnerships
• user-generated fundraising
• verification
• prohibited activity
• dispute handling

Those future terms may replace or supplement these Terms.

Applicable governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions may be added or updated as donate.com completes its corporate formation and prepares for commercial launch.

We may update these Terms as the website and platform develop. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
